DIET TIMELINE

The minimum amount of time one can be on the Reset Diet is 21 days. When taking homeopathic Reset Diet drops there is no maximum amount of time one can be on the diet protocol.

We have had clients successfully do 60 to 99 day rounds of the Reset Diet without stalls.

 

Below is the Diet Timeline based on 21 days.

The amount of days spent in Phase 2 (VLCD) depends on the desired amount of weight loss.
